1. Meeting opened with the Serenity Prayer.

2. Preamble of AA and Traditions were read by Rusty.

3. Attendance: Steve T, Steve C, Gary W, Tony H, Tim K, Neil C Dave H, Kaye T, Debbie T, Marianne H. Apologies: Anne S, Phil.

4. Minutes from 2023 AGM read and accepted. Moved: Marianne. Seconded: Dave

5.Treasurers Report: Attached. Moved: Debbie. Seconded: Rusty. Thank you, Marianne.

6. Secretary Report. In the absence of a secretary no report was presented.

7. Office report
In the February to May Quarter:
58-  phone calls
11 - 0 mail items
45 - visitors to the office
20 - 12 Step calls.

New suppliers have been sourced for non-conference literature and AA tokens a n d medallions.  Phil is finishing up his position as Office volunteer on the 30th of September, Tim K will replace Phil on Mondays. Thank you, Phil, for your service.

8.Executive members stepped down from their positions, and the following were elected/re-elected.
Chairperson: Rusty. Moved Craig and seconded Debbie Vice Chairperson: Dave H. Moved Neil and seconded Rusty. Acting Secretary: Rona. Moved Marianne and seconded Neil.
Treasurer: Marianne. Moved Neil and seconded Rusty.

Trustee: Anne S and Tony H. Moved Rusty and seconded Steve T.
